Antwerp Fasting offers the following types of fasting:

Intermittent Fasting 4:00 pm (16:8): It is common to fast after dinner until around lunch the next day. 

Circadian Fasting: According to medical research, members are encouraged to fast for 13 hours a day, starting each fast at or before sunset. Antwerp Fasting uses your position to determine the daily time of sunset with the best possible accuracy.

We also offer 18:6, 20:4 and 36 hours fasts.

Personalized fasting: Configure a personalized program to achieve your fasting goals. You choose your fasting times, up to 7 days.

You can record previous fasts you have missed, and also see your entire fasting history. Check all your fasting statistics on the History screen, and even keep a record of your fasting period!
